“Jai Ho Ramanuja,” starring and directed by Lion Dr. Sai Venkat, is being produced by Sai Prasanna and Pravallika under the banner of Sudarshan Productions. American actress Jo Sharma is playing the female lead, while Suman, Pravallika and others are appearing in key roles. The film is set for a worldwide grand theatrical release on October 25th in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and Sanskrit. The song launch event of the movie was held grandly in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Speaking at the event:

Actor and Director Lion Sai Venkat said: “Ramanujacharya was a great personality who preached that there is no difference based on caste or religion and that all human beings are equal. The fact that I was able to donate ₹20 lakh to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is purely due to the blessings and grace of Ramanujacharya. We decided to promote this film extensively and release it on a grand scale. The release was slightly delayed because we wanted to bring the highest possible quality to the post-production work. During those times, temple entry was restricted to Brahmins. At such a time, Ramanujacharya brought about a spiritual revolution. He questioned why others were not allowed into temples if all human beings were equal, and he created awareness among people. He taught everyone the ‘Om Namo Narayana’ mantra and proclaimed that from then onwards, every person was a Brahmin and a Vaishnava. We are releasing our movie grandly on October 25th.
