Kiran Abbavaram, who has scored hits like Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru, SR Kalyana Mandapam, Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, is joining forces with DJ Tillu fame Neha Sshetty for an out and out entertainer Rules Ranjann.
