The much-awaited film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which has garnered anticipation from fans of Power Star Pawan Kalyan and cinema lovers across the country, is all set for its release. Pawan Kalyan will be seen in a visually powerful role of a warrior who fights for Dharma. Presented by renowned producer A.M. Rathnam under the Mega Surya Production banner and produced by A. Dayakar Rao, this grand period drama is directed by A.M. Jyothi Krishna and Krish Jagarlamudi. The film stars Nidhhi Agerwal and Bobby Deol in key roles, with music composed by MM Keeravani. Releasing on July 24, the film has created immense buzz with its posters, songs, and promotional content receiving tremendous response.
The film’s grand pre-release celebration was held in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday, July 23. The event was graced by fans in huge numbers, along with prominent figures from the film and political worlds.
Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s speech:
“Visakhapatnam is very close to my heart. Being the son of a government employee, we were transferred to many towns. So I have a personal connection with many places. Back then, I wasn’t someone who stepped out much. It was my elder brother, Chiranjeevi garu, who sent me to Visakhapatnam to train in acting under Satyanand garu. That’s how my bond with this city began. Satyanand garu instilled the spirit of Uttarandhra’s art and music deep within me.
During the previous government, when I was arrested in Visakhapatnam, it was the people here who stood by me. That’s why I wanted this event to be held here. Today, I’m not speaking as the Deputy CM, but as your hero — Pawan Kalyan.
In the last government, ticket prices for other heroes’ films were allowed between ₹100-₹150, but my film was restricted to ₹10-₹15. Even under such circumstances, Bheemla Nayak was a success, and for that, I sincerely thank you all. After the coalition government formed under the leadership of Chandrababu garu, there is now an opportunity for fair ticket pricing for all films, including mine. I thank him for that. Also, I thank Nara Lokesh garu for wishing success for this film.
A special thanks to Nidhhi Agerwal garu who took full responsibility for promotions over the past month. I usually don’t take part in promotions much. I find it difficult to ask people to watch my film. I know how to give, not how to ask. But watching Nidhhi’s dedication moved me to step in for promotions.
From childhood, I never had ambitions to become a hero or earn money. My thoughts have always been about resisting injustice and helping others. It was my brother Chiranjeevi garu who sent me to Satyanand garu for acting. I was very shy back then. More than acting, Satyanand garu taught me courage and life values. It was the belief and support of my brother and sister-in-law that made me who I am today.
A.M. Rathnam garu, who gave a blockbuster like Kushi, wanted to make a big film with me. He brought Krish garu to narrate this story. Due to COVID and political circumstances, the film got delayed. After I became Deputy CM, I ensured the shoot continued without administrative hurdles and gave time to complete it.
Krish garu is the backbone of this film, but due to certain reasons, he couldn’t complete it. Rathnam garu’s son, Jyothi Krishna, took over the direction and completed the film effectively in a short time. He revised the script and worked tirelessly to finish it.
I don’t usually talk about records. I only hope this film will be liked by all of you. Without Keeravani garu, this film wouldn’t exist. He believed in it more than we did and elevated the film with his music. We all feel proud that he won an Oscar for Naatu Naatu.
I believe that cinema must educate as much as it entertains. This story, set against the backdrop of the Kohinoor diamond, also speaks about Sanatana Dharma. The martial arts I learned came in handy for this film. I pray to God to bless all of you with a Gabbar Singh-level success through this film.”
Music director MM Keeravani said:
“When someone speaks a word with confidence, we say they said it by slamming the table. Today, I’m slamming the table and saying — Hari Hara Veera Mallu will be a festival for all Pawan Kalyan fans!”
Director Jyothi Krishna said:
“My father (A.M. Rathnam) and Pawan Kalyan garu share a great bond. He worked on this film like it was his very first. That dedication has now resulted in terrific advance bookings. Pawan Kalyan garu has been a great support to me throughout. He even choreographed a brilliant action sequence. He worked with fire and passion. Because of the energy he gave, I didn’t rest until the film was complete. Even while serving the public, he ensured our film was completed. Nidhhi Agerwal garu sacrificed many other opportunities and waited five years for this film. I believe this film will be loved by everyone.”
Heroine Nidhhi Agerwal said:
“I’m a huge fan of Pawan Kalyan garu. It’s been a dream come true to work with him. All of us worked extremely hard for this film. This movie wouldn’t have happened without Rathnam garu. Jyothi Krishna garu gave it his everything. Keeravani garu gave extraordinary music. I really hope you all love Hari Hara Veera Mallu.
